Jim is the technical backbone of DiamondEdge Redressers. A hands-on machine specialist, he knows diamond tooling from the inside out — how it wears, why it fails, and exactly what it takes to bring it back to spec. When your tools come through our door, Jim is the man who makes them perform again.
